ITINERARY OVERVIEW

Day 1: Kampala -Murchison Falls

Begin the panoramic drive north-west through the famous Luwero Triangle and Masindi Town to start off with a morning drive to Murchison via Masindi. Branch off for a visit to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for a guided Rhino walk and picnic lunch. Continue to the spectacularly site at the top of the fall where you can see the Nile’s beauty perfected!!   Marvel at the Nile, compressing from up to 1 km squeeze through a 7 meter canyon dropping 45 meters with a thunderous roar creating a beautiful rainbow, a plume of spray and the best thing that happened to the Nile…”the Murchison Falls “. Enjoy the sunset as you return to the lodge.  Enjoy the superb comfort at either Parra safari Lodge (lodge facility) or Red Chili hideaway (Low budget/basic accommodation). Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 2: Murchison Falls

Begin your day with a cup of African coffee ready for a game drive, bird watching and sightseeing across the open savannah dotted woodland and riverine vegetation along the Nile and Albert delta. Here expect to meet elephants, giraffes, buffalos, lions, leopards, waterbuck and a countless population birds, return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, a three hour boat trip along the Nile gives you assured chance to see the falls from the bottom angle. Hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and aquatic birds can be seen along the shores of the River. Dinner and overnight at either Parra safari Lodge (lodge facility) or  Red Chili hideaway (Low budget/basic accommodation). Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 3: Murchison Falls- Entebbe out

Wake up at 6:00am prepared to take a photograph of the African rising sun in the morning and enjoy African breakfast. Return to Kampala with a picnic lunch. Return to Kampala and Entebbe Airport at leisure  for your flight to next destination or back home. Meal plan. B & L
